• Camera & Photo Library: To capture photos/videos and apply watermarks, we require access to your camera and photo library. Media is processed locally to generate your travel records.
• Location Data: To provide location-based watermarks and map your travel records, we require access to your location (including background location if enabled for trip tracking).
• Sensors & Motion: We may use motion data to improve orientation detection and stabilization during capture.
• Travel Documents & Toolkit: Information you enter into the Travel Toolkit (e.g., SOS, Medical Card) is stored locally on your device for your convenience and safety.

2. Data Processing & Storage

We prioritize local processing to ensure your data remains under your control:

• Local Storage: Most of your data, including trip history, photos, and toolkit information, is stored locally on your device.
• iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure. We do not host our own servers for your personal travel data.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for app performance and analytics:

• Apple Services: We use Apple's standard frameworks for location services, maps, and iCloud.
• Technical Data: We may collect non-personally identifiable technical data (device model, iOS version) to help us debug and improve app stability.

4. Your Rights

Travel Camera does not require user account registration. You have full control over your data. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app or using the "Reset" options within the app settings where available.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
